Rex smiled brightly when his eyes landed on Stevie. Holding Stevie tightly around his arms, Rex felt his eyes teary. He can’t believe either, to see Stevie again after they were separate from each other for a few weeks. “I miss you too, mi amor. Welcome to Rome,” Rex winked playfully when their eyes meet each other. Rex felt ticklish around his stomach and laughed, “Hate to break it, but I love you more than anything.” After they went to pick up Stevie bags, Rex beamed happily, his hand hold Stevie’s tightly,”We should go grab our lunch. How does pizza sound?” They both leave the airport together, both wearing the same expression on their face.

He giggled softly when Rex came back to their table with tissue still tainted all over his handsome face.

The waiter already left their pizza on the table when Rex was excused himself to go to the bathroom a few minutes ago.

He waited for his fiance to come back just so they can eat together.

He moved his chair and put it next to where Rex is and sat on it instead of facing his fiance across the table.

He looked at Rex smiling as his hand softly traced the tissue out of his face, “You have something on your face. Seriously Rex, you’re acting like a 5 years old kids with tissue on your face.”

After he was sure that there were no tissue left on the face, he kissed his fiance cheeks softly before he glanced to the pizza in front of them, “I think we should start eating the pizza or it would not taste good when it’s cold.”

He took the first bite of the pizza and hummed lightly enjoying the taste that roaming inside his mouth.

He glanced from his pizza to Rex and smirked before he continued eating his food.

“I really hope your muscular body is taste as good as the pizza that I’m having right now,” He said playfully before he dived for the second piece.

He giggled to himself when he felt Rex hand rubbing softly on his thigh.

He knew his fiance was doing it because of his last comment.

He took a quick sip on his juice and put it down on the table again.

He took a hold onto Rex hand, the one that touching his thigh right now and glanced to his fiance with intense eyes, “There’s something I want to know and I hope you can give a truth answer to me.”

He closed his eyes tightly and took a deep breathe before he opened it and stared into Rex blue green-ish eyes, “What would happen to you and me and us if you keep servicing for the army? I heard they have Don’t Ask Don’t Tell policy and it makes me scare, Rex. My family said I should worry about your safety and I do but I forgot that you’re dating me, another dude with dick not chick where the rest of your pal in that base. I’m afraid they knew about us and they turned you out and have them kick you out from the service. I know you want to be an army even though I’m not 100% approving your dream but I love you and I would support you every single step of your way and I hate to think this would happen just because you choose to be with me. I want you to be happy and I know you being a part of the army makes you happy. I don’t want your hard work destroyed because of me.”

He can feel his tears almost fall down on his cheek.

He quickly turned his face away from Rex and shed it with his thumbs as his voice mumbled softly, “I love you but I’m being selfish for dragging you with me and possibly risk your job in the same time.”

Feeling a bit sleepy, Rex was excusing himself after they ordered their pizza. He didn’t have a good record for being up early in the morning even though he is part of the army right now. Feeling a little surprised when Stevie moved his chair and sat next to him, touching his face, “Huh? Oh…” The moment their eyes met while Stevie was busy cleaning his face, his heart felt warm and welcome. There’s no doubt about his feeling anymore. Stevie is the one. A faint blushed spread across his cheeks when Stevie suddenly kissed on it. He knew Stevie always felt a little insecure about show affection in public. Having Stevie initiated the kiss makes him happy inside. Taking a piece of the pizza for himself, Rex smirked wickedly about the comment of his body, “You can climb on me and taste my body when we reached our room later,” with that, he put his hand on Stevie, rubbing circle around the thigh. Stevie was laughing under his breathe when his hand dangerously patting around the zipper area. Stevie looks truly adorable when he laughed or smiled. Rex truthfully admired all those quality in Stevie. Rex breathed out briefly and replied to the hold, “I know what we have is a little different than other people, but you’re not risking my job or anything. I know you always feel on the edge about my decision to join the force, and you make me happy for being so supportive.” Titling his head down, Rex left a soft kiss on Stevie’s lips and pulled away quietly. He smiled warmly and said, “I promise nothing bad will happen on us. If things come to be worse, I know I will choose you over my dream.” Whispering “I love you” only for Stevie to hear, he latched for another kiss while his thumbs caressing the tears away. Rex tried not to think about the expectation and putting all emotions on the kiss.
